For those looking to stay on the island with us overnight, there are dorm-style rooms available to book here. If you have any questions about booking, our contact person is Beth Zappulla.

SUGGESTED PACKING LIST FOR THE ISLAND:

  • Bathing suit

  • Flip-flops (for the shower/beach)

  • Anything you need for the wedding

  • sweatshirt/sweatpants/lounge outfit for the bonfire and sleeping

  • Toiletries

  • Outfit for the next day

The next morning we will have breakfast, games, hopefully more dancing and the ferry will leave Sunday, September 2 at 11am. If you would like to get off the island sooner or want to go straight to the airport, you can reserve a water taxi to pick you up.

The ferry to the island for the wedding will leave at 3:30pm sharp

To Find the EDIC Pier, type: "EDIC Pier, Boston, MA" into Google Maps. You know you're in the right spot if you see "Marine Industrial Park" and "Thompson Island Outward Bound"

A parking garage is located within walking distance of the EDIC Pier at 16 Drydock Avenue, corner of 6th Street. For directions, Google: "Drydock Ave. and 6th St. Boston, MA 02210"

This ferry has indoor/outdoor options for seating and the ride will be roughly 25 minutes long.

If you are not staying on the island that night, a return ferry will be provided at 10pm sharp.

If you are staying on the island that night, a return ferry will be provided at 11am Sunday, September 2, 2018.

One of our favorite places to walk to. There are great views of the harbor and some history to explore. Sullivan's is the only food available and offers hotdogs, sandwiches, drinks, etc.

Another great museum, slightly further away from us, but we enjoy visiting Paul Revere and his comrades there.
